Michele Worthington submitted a found poem to Unlost Journal, our quarterly of found poetry, collage, and related art. When you read Michele's introduction, up next, you'll see what this fine work is all about. We knew that we wanted to publish it, but we quickly saw this as a series of poems best suited as an online chapbook. Michele took photos of the source medical progress notes, which we find haunting. My contribution to the chapbook was a few images based on Michele's photos. We hope you find Michele's project as compelling and moving as we do.
